Change Password
User passwords expires every 90 days, at which time you will need to change your password. You will be notified by the FMCSA Portal when your password needs to be changed and prompted to do so when you log in.
Note: Your user account does not automatically expire. However, it will become locked after 90 days of non-use. To unlock your account, click the Unlock your Account hyperlink and follow the onscreen instructions. If you have any difficulties, please contact the FMCSA Technical Support for
To change your password
| 1. | Go to the portal Login page. |
| 2. | Click the Forgot your password hyperlink. |
| 3. | Click either Forgot Password -OR- Change Password. |
| 4. | Follow the onscreen instructions. |
