Step Five

Select Available Systems

1.Select the Available Roles for each system you wish to access. The roles for the selected system will display.
2.Select the role you wish to request and click Add Role. Note: Some systems will prompt you for your existing User ID and Password in order to validate your account. -OR-

   Select the Requested Role and click Remove Role to remove that role from your requested access.

3.Click Next. This takes you to Step 6. -OR-

   Click Back to go back tot he previous page. -OR-

   Click Cancel to cancel your account request.
