Step Five
Select Available Systems
1. | Select the Available Roles for each system you wish to access. The roles for the selected system will display. |
2. | Select the role you wish to request and click Add Role. Note: Some systems will prompt you for your existing User ID and Password in order to validate your account. -OR- |
Select the Requested Role and click Remove Role to remove that role from your requested access.
3. | Click Next. This takes you to Step 6. -OR- |
Click Back to go back tot he previous page. -OR-
Click Cancel to cancel your account request.
