Before you can access the FMCSA Web Portal, you will need a user ID and password. If you do not have a user ID and password, fill out the Accounts Request Form. If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot your password hyperlink. If you have forgotten your user ID, please contact  the FMCSA Technical Support for Company users (a.k.a. CoTs) at 1-800-832-5660.

Note: If three or more attempts to access the portal using an invalid user ID and/or password occurs, the user account is locked. To unlock your account, click the Unlock your Account hyperlink and follow the onscreen instructions. If you have any difficulties, please contact  the FMCSA Technical Support for Company users (a.k.a. CoTs) at 1-800-832-5660.
