Correspondence

From the Correspondence section, you can view a list of all FMCSA letters that have been sent. These letters include:

•Notification Letter
•Rating Letter
•Safety Audit Result Letter (New Entrant or Mexican)
•New Entrant No Contact Letter
•No Show Safety Audit Letter (New Entrant or Mexican)
•HM Permit Letters
•Licensing and Insurance Letters
•Cargo Tank Company Letters
•PIN Requests
•Biennial Update Letters
•Warning Letters

To view messages

1.Enter the beginning date for a date range in the From Date field or click to select a date from the calendar.
2.Enter the end date for a date range in the To Date field or click to select a date from the calendar
3.Click Search.
4.Click Letter  next to the warning letter that you want to view. -OR-

    Click Magnifying Glass next to the correspondence that you want information about. Note: To obtain copies of these letters:

1.Call 1-800-832-5660
2.When prompted select option 1
3.When prompted select option 2 for FMCSA Support.
