Manage Failed Safety Audits

From the Manage Failed Safety Audit, you can search for and manage companies with failed Safety Audits.

Simple Search

1.	Enter a USDOT# in the Search by USDOT# field.

2.	Click Submit.

Advanced Search

In the Advanced Search section, you can search by multiple Boolean criteria.

1.	Click the Advanced Search link.

2.	Select to search by one of the following:

•

MC/MX#

•	Company Name

•

Country

•

State

•	Postal Code

3.	Select one of the following:

•

Contains

•	Starts with

•

ends with

•

equal to

4.	Enter the information you wish to search by.

5.	Click Find Results to search. -OR-

Click Clear to clear your search criteria.

6.	Select one of the following Boolean operators to narrow your search:

•

And

•

7.	Repeat steps 2-6, if necessary.

Manage failed safety audits

1.	Select one of the following Display types:

•	Failed Safety Audits

•	Pending Corrective Action Plans

•	Rejected Corrective Action Plans

2.	Click Download List to download the assignment summary list. -OR-

Click Print List to print the assignment summary list. -OR-

Click Back to Search to return to the Manage Failed Safety Audits search page.-OR-

Click Approve CAP to approve a corrective action plan. -OR-

Click Receive CAP to acknowledge receipt of a corrective action plan. -OR-

Click SA Review to review the safety audit that applies to that carrier. -OR-

Click Ext. Request to initiate/process an extension. -OR-

Click Approve Ext. Request to approve an extension.
