Account Validation Announcements

From the Account Validation Announcement portlet, you can view new announcements regarding account validations.

Once the account validation survey period is initiated by the Chief Accounts Officer (CAO), an “Account Validation Survey” portlet will appear on each OC’s home page. (The CAO may also notify OCs via email that the account validation survey period has started.) OCs will then review users’ profiles to determine whether any changes are needed and, as appropriate, will validate the accounts. Reminder notifications will be sent to OCs with outstanding account validations. Any account that is not validated by the end of the stated period will be disabled, and the user will be denied access to the FMCSA Portal. Users whose accounts are disabled must contact their OCs to reinstate access to the Portal.
