Pending Account Requests
From the Pending Account Requests section, you can view and approve pending account requests that have been assigned to you. Note: This functionality is available to those with organizational/administrative roles. For more information, see User Roles.
To approve pending account requests
1. | Click next to the user whose account you wish to approve from the Pending Account Requests portlet. The Pending Account page displays. |
2. | Select the user from the Pending Account Requests table's Request List. |
2. | From the Portal Roles tab, add appropriate user roles by selecting from the Available Roles list. The Available Organizations for that role will appear. |
3. | From the Available Organizations for list, select the appropriate roles and click Add Role. -OR- |
Remove inappropriate roles by selecting from the Requested Roles and click Remove Role.
3. | From the Available Systems tab, add appropriate system roles by selecting from the Available Roles for list. The system roles will display. |
4. | Add the appropriate role and click Add Role. -OR- |
Remove inappropriate roles by selecting from the Requested Roles list and click Remove Role.
5. | Add any relevant comments in the Comment box. This comment will be emailed to the user with their notice of account changes. Note: All accounts where roles have been removed MUST have an explanation in the comment section. |
5. | Click Approve Request to approve the user's account request -OR- |
Click Deny Request to deny the user's account request. -OR-
Click Cancel to cancel your account request approval.
